Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
Orders are sent directly to you from our international warehouses in China, Singapore and United States and are delivered to you by your local postal service, which is liable for delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when you order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a link, which enables you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the tracking is active.
