3. Order status & tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- It can take up to 48 hours after that email for tracking information to update.
- If your order is past the estimated delivery window and the tracking hasn’t moved, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll check it with the carrier.
4. Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind or not in love with your case?
- You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email us (details above) with your name, order number and email used at checkout – we’ll send you simple step-by-step instructions.
- Return shipping is paid upfront by you, and once we receive and inspect the items we’ll refund the product value and issue store credit to make up for the return shipping costs (with proof of shipment).

5. Product issues (damaged / wrong item)
If something arrived damaged or incorrect, we’re on it.
When you contact us, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue

Clear photos or video of:
- the product
- the packaging
- any visible damage or defect
This helps us solve it faster and decide on the best solution (replacement, refund or other).
