Refund policy

 

Standard returns

You can return any item to us for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@spellcases.com.

In your email, include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

We’ll reply with simple step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your items back. You are responsible for mailing the items to us.

Return shipping costs are paid upfront by you and will be reinstated in the form of a store credit voucher once we receive your proof of shipment.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund for the value of the item will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days (processing times may vary by bank/card issuer).

In addition, we will offer a voucher to spend on our store to make up for the return shipping costs, upon presentation of proof of shipment (for example, a receipt or tracking confirmation from the carrier).
