Shipping policy


We ship worldwide and offer free tracked shipping on every order – no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

All prices you see already include shipping costs, and in most cases any required local taxes/VAT are also handled at checkout, so there are no surprise charges from us.


Processing times

We prepare and pack your order within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).


Delivery times

After your order has been shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • United States & United Kingdom: usually 3–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: usually 5–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary slightly by country and local postal service.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, public holidays or major sales) please allow a few extra days for both processing and delivery.


Where we ship from

To deliver orders as efficiently as possible, we work with partner warehouses in China, Europe and the United States. Your order will ship from the location best suited for your destination and stock availability.

Orders are handed over to your local postal service for final delivery and are usually delivered straight to your mailbox or local pickup point.


Tracking & order status

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to follow your parcel’s journey.

Please note:

  • It can take up to 48 hours after the email for tracking information to update.
  • If your order is past the estimated delivery window and tracking hasn’t moved for several days, you can always contact us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

Delays, customs & busy periods

In some cases, delivery may be slightly delayed by factors outside our control, such as:

  • Local customs checks
  • High volumes at postal services (for example during Christmas or sales)
  • Weather disruptions or local strikes

We do our best to support you if this happens. If your parcel seems stuck, just reach out to us with your order number and tracking link and we’ll help investigate.


Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t change the address once the parcel has been shipped.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can:

  • Reship the order to a corrected address (a reshipping fee may apply), or
  • Refund the order for the product value once it arrives back, according to our Refund Policy.
